Excellent Location and Friendly Atmosphere
We were thrilled with the location of our recent stay in Lourdes. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, all the main attractions were within a comfortable 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Great location near the centre of Lourdes and less than 50m from the train station. Basic facilities but this was expected for the a lower end budget. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Its location close to the train station and the La Grotte.
The "economy" rooms are very poor and tiny. We upgraded to another room for a higher price.

We had a pleasant stay. Thoroughly enjoyed Lourdes. - the hotel was well presented and modern. - Very close to the railway station. - the venue was in an absolutely perfect location. - Just next door to the hill, further away, and bus stop and train station. - It was nicely furnished, new-fashioned, and with a comfortable bed.

Better the second time around. Very convenient and near the train station, dont even have to cross the street as its just around the corner. Welcoming lady at the front desk on my arrival, good size working elevator, crisp linen, new towels, toilet separated from the shower/sink, hot/cold water in supply, firm bed. Room and toilet clean. Good value for money. Will definitely stay here if i´m in lourdes again
At 1a.M. on my 2nd night, was awaken by extremely loud, persistent banging on my door. Didn´t answer nor open the door. That would have been foolish. Heard angry voices of a man & a woman. They left after 10 minutes. Thought it was a case of "nicolas cage in new orleans": too drunk and banged on the wrong room

Convenience to station and town. Staff helpful over lost property.
Noisy kitchen ventilation affects rooms at first floor rear (101-103)

Great central location, just a short walk to the train station and other transportation options. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the process quick and easy.
The rooms were disappointing, much smaller than they appeared in the photos. the double bed was uncomfortable as it was just two mattresses pushed together, which kept moving around and left a big gap in the middle.

The staff spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The hotel is located just outside the main station and only a 10 minute walk from the main shopping areas, sanctuary and grotto. There is a bus for Euro 2 per person from the airport to the station, which very few people know about. Comfortable stay.
The corridors were not lit well and the lounge area was not ready for use by guests. Perhaps some paint and decorating internally would be useful.

This small hotel is wonderful and occupies a very good building in the French style. the outstandingly accommodating staff help you in any way. 3. the guest room I stayed in had central heating, a work desk, and television. 4. It's neat and the bed is big. 5. the location is unbeatable, next door to a train station. 6. A Byzantine-style church is within walking distance from the venue.

This hotel is a great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and check-in is efficient. The location is very convenient, with the railway station and city center just a short walk away. The rooms offer good showers and some even have nice views.
All was alright with this hotel, no complaints!

Needed a place to freshen up after the overnight trip Paris-Lourdes and a place to leave our luggages while we roam around town since most train stations have abolished the use of lockers. Hotel's very closed to the Lourdes train station, super convenient and has a lift (a blessing). The lift was quickly fixed. Toiletries and towels provided for room with an ensuite bathroom. Friendly as french goes. Clean, crisp linen
The lift wasn't working when we checked in. It was tough carrying our luggages even if it's just to the first floor. Rooms facing the street could be noisy. Beds sag. Some pillows smell of humans

My husband and myself spent three nights at the hotel Lutetia. It is near the railway station. Although our intention was to visit the Grotto and to be near it as much as possible, it was not a problem because Hotel Lutetia is not far away from either the city centre or the Sanctuary of our lady of Lourdes. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is being refurbished in fact we were given the third floor (we paid more obviously for the 3rd floor just because the other floors were being refurbished. The staff were helpful to us too.
Perhaps if there will be quilts instead of blankets it would be better especially for me as I suffer from asthma.
